Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who is highly creative, detail-oriented, and understands modern digital trends. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on both static and motion content, with a strong sense of storytelling, branding, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, ads, and marketing campaigns
• Create engaging short-form videos/reels optimized for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Edit videos with a strong focus on storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal
• Develop content aligned with brand guidelines, color themes, and typography
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute creative campaigns
• Stay updated with latest design trends, viral formats, and editing styles
• Conceptualize and execute ideas that can potentially go viral
• Ensure consistency across all visual outputs
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Required Skills

• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Illustrator
• Canva
• Ai tools
• Strong understanding of:
• Design principles (layout, color, typography)
• Video editing techniques & motion graphics
• Social media content trends
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for design/video/content creation (e.g., generative AI, automation tools, etc.)
• Ability to think creatively and execute ideas with smart work and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if skills are strong)
• Portfolio showcasing design + video work (especially reels/short videos)
