Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Executive to manage online advertising campaigns, generate quality leads, optimize marketing budgets, and strengthen our social media presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, and digital marketing strategies, preferably in the government funding or financial services sector.

KeyResponsibilities·      Plan, create, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta

(Facebook & Instagram Ads).

·      Generate high-quality leads on a daily basis while maintaining the target cost per lead (CPL).

·      Manage advertising budgets, monitor campaign performance, and optimize fund allocation to maximize ROI.

·      Analyze campaign metrics and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

·      Develop lead generation strategies for businesses seeking Government Funding Schemes, MSME loans, startup funding, subsidies, and related services.

·      Identify and coordinate with channel partners, sponsors, affiliates, or lead providers to generate business opportunities.

·      Create audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience strategies to improve conversions.

·      Manage and grow the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

·      Plan content calendars and coordinate with the design team for creatives, reels, and promotional campaigns.

·      Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, digital marketing trends, and algorithm changes.

·      Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills·      Strong knowledge of Meta Ads  (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

·      Experience in performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.

·      Understanding of budget planning, fund allocation, and campaign optimization.

·      Knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, conversion tracking, and analytics.

·      Experience in social media management and content planning.

·      Good analytical and reporting skills.

·      Good Knowledge in Google Ads, WhatsApp API.

·      Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

·      Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.

·      Descent Understanding of Seo and market trends in digital marketing.

·      Experience in government funding, MSME, finance, or startup advisory marketing will be preferred.

Qualification·      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

·      Digital Marketing certification is preferred.

Experience·      2–5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)·      Daily qualified lead generation target.

·      Cost Per Lead (CPL).

·      Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

·      Campaign conversion rate.

·      Social media engagement and growth.

·      Lead-to-conversion ratio.

·      Budget utilization efficiency.
