Job Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Barbeque Nation. The ideal candidates should have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
For Guest Service Associate / Sr. GSA / Captain (F&B):
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction at all times
Take orders and serve food & beverages efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area
Handle guest queries and resolve concerns promptly
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
For Kitchen Staff:
Assist in food preparation and cooking as per standard
sMaintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitche
nFollow recipes and presentation guideline
sEnsure proper storage and handling of food item
sSupport the kitchen team in daily operation
