About the RoleWTF Gyms is looking for a skilled and responsible Gym Technician to ensure all gym equipment and basic facility systems are working safely and efficiently. The technician will be responsible for regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repair of gym equipment across assigned locations.

WTF Gyms is looking for a skilled and responsible Multi-Skilled Technician (MST) to handle day-to-day maintenance and repair work across our gym facilities. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all basic electrical, plumbing, civil, and facility-related issues are resolved on time.

• Key Responsibilities🔧 Inspect and maintain gym equipment regularly.
• 🏋️ Repair and troubleshoot treadmills, cross trainers, cycles, strength machines, and other fitness equipment.
• ⚙️ Identify equipment faults and arrange timely repairs.
• 🔌 Check basic electrical issues related to gym equipment.
• 🛠️ Perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns.
• 📋 Maintain records of equipment repairs and maintenance.
• 🚨 Respond quickly to equipment breakdown complaints from gym teams.
• 🤝 Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and technical issues.
• ✅ Ensure all gym equipment is safe for members to use.
• 📍 Visit different WTF Gyms locations as required for maintenance work.
• 🔄 Maintain proper stock of basic tools and spare parts.

🚰 Handle basic plumbing work, including taps, washrooms, water leakage, and drainage issues.

🛠️ Carry out minor civil and carpentry repair work as required.

• ❄️ Identify and coordinate for AC and HVAC-related issues.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Gym Technician / Fitness Equipment Technician / Maintenance Technician.
• Knowledge of gym and fitness equipment repair and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between different gym locations.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field will be preferred.
