Hardware & Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to employees and clients for desktops, laptops, printers, internet, Wi-Fi, and other IT equipment.

* Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, software, operating systems, and peripherals.

* Monitor and manage network connectivity, routers, switches, access points, and internet service providers.

* Handle user account creation, email configuration, password resets, and access-related issues.

* Maintain IT asset records, including laptops, desktops, printers, networking devices, and accessories.

* Coordinate with external vendors for hardware repairs, software licenses, internet services, and AMC support.

* Ensure regular data backup, antivirus updates, system security, and software updates.

* Troubleshoot CCTV, biometric attendance systems, access control systems, and conference room IT setups.

* Support IT requirements for meetings, events, presentations, and client onboarding.

* Maintain documentation of IT issues, resolutions, inventory, and service requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Graduate or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* 2–3 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, network support, or system administration.

* Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, networking, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, printers, and hardware maintenance.

* Basic understanding of routers, switches, CCTV, biometric systems, and access control systems.

* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
