Head of Liaison and Regulatory Approvals

• Develop and maintain a stakeholder engagement plan covering government bodies, local authorities, tourism, excise, fire, pollution, municipal, and utility departments.
• Lead approval and licensing roadmaps for both development and operating assets, including renewals and stage‑wise dependencies.
• Manage submissions, representations, follow-ups, and liaison activities with authorities to secure permissions, NOCs, clearances, and operational licenses.
• Coordinate with Legal, Regulatory, Development, Operations, and operator teams to ensure complete, compliant documentation and closure of observations.
• Support hearings, inspections, joint meetings, and escalations by preparing structured briefs, evidence packs, and action trackers.
• Maintain strong, continuous relationships with authorities and external stakeholders while upholding compliance and company positioning.
• Track approval statuses, risk items, ageing, and renewals; escalate bottlenecks that might impact project timelines or operations.
• Publish MIS reports on approvals, inspections, representations, regulatory risks, and closure updates for leadership governance.
