Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the office premises. The candidate should ensure a clean, organized, and pleasant working environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain office floors, workstations, meeting rooms, cabins, and common areas.
• Dust and wipe furniture, equipment, windows, and other surfaces regularly.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms and replenish toiletries as required.
• Collect and dispose of waste from designated areas.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to employees and visitors when required.
• Ensure pantry cleanliness and maintain pantry supplies.
• Monitor housekeeping materials and inform the administration team when stock is low.
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the concerned department.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th Pass (preferred).
• Prior experience in housekeeping, office assistance, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and maintain cleanliness efficiently.
