Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping operations across assigned high-rise residential societies.
- Ensure proper deployment of housekeeping staff as per society requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, lobbies, lifts, clubhouses, parking areas, and other society premises.
- Coordinate with society management and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly.
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure timely replacement of absent staff to avoid service disruption.
- Maintain housekeeping records, duty rosters, and daily reports.
- Ensure proper usage of housekeeping chemicals, cleaning agents, machines, and safety procedures.
- Handle emergency manpower requirements efficiently.
Mandatory Requirements
- Candidate must have strong manpower backup and sourcing capability to arrange replacement staff immediately whenever required.
- Candidate should have a good network of housekeeping workers and supervisors for smooth operations in high-rise societies.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, cleaning agents, floor treatment chemicals, and dilution processes is mandatory.
- Knowledge of chemical handling safety standards and material usage is compulsory.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in housekeeping or facility management operations preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage large housekeeping teams.
- Knowledge of high-rise society housekeeping standards.
- Responsible, punctual, and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic reporting and team handling skills.
Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in housekeeping, facility management, or manpower handling.
