Location: Sector 142, Noida

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 + incentives (based on performance)

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in HR management or related field

Education: Graduation degree

Role OverviewWe are expanding our team with the opening of our 3rd branch and seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management, ensuring smooth organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals.
• Manage payroll, attendance, and timely disbursement of incentives.
• Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with management to support business expansion strategies.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in HR (MBA/PGDM preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and lead HR initiatives independently.
• Based in or willing to work from Noida (Sector 142).
