Job Description
HR Recruiter – Roles & Responsibilities (BPO):
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and candidate database.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Adhere to recruitment policies, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
