We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to support the company’s recruitment, onboarding and performance-management activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using job portals such as Naukri and professional sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn. The role requires regular coordination with department heads, candidates, employees and the OPERONIX team. It is suitable for an HR professional who enjoys working with people, follows processes diligently and is comfortable operating in a manufacturing and export environment.
