Job Description
• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
• 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in Recruitment Consultancy/Staffing Firm preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
