GymsWTF Gyms is one of India's fastest-growing fitness brands with gyms across multiple cities. We are looking for a passionate HR Recruiter to help us hire talented people and support our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates from job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Post job openings on different hiring platforms.
- Coordinate offer letters and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
- Achieve monthly hiring targets.
Who Can Apply?
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
- Good coordination and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring or sales hiring.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, or similar job portals.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
