Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Explain products/services clearly
- Handle customer queries and objections
- Maintain call records and follow-ups
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
