Business Loan Sales Executive - Job DescriptionRole Summary:

Responsible for generating business loan leads, building client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets for SME/MSME loan products.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential business customers for business loans through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networkingClient Acquisition: Meet clients, understand their funding needs, explain loan products, and pitch suitable business loan solutionsDocumentation: Collect KYC, financial documents, and business proofs from clients and ensure complete file login as per policyCoordination: Liaise with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth file processing and faster disbursalsTarget Achievement: Meet monthly/quarterly disbursement and revenue targets set by the organizationMarket Mapping: Build and maintain a strong DSA/connector network and stay updated on competitor products and market trendsCustomer Service: Address client queries, provide post-disbursal support, and ensure high customer satisfactionMIS & Reporting: Maintain daily sales reports, pipeline updates, and share progress with reporting managerRequirements:Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferredExperience: 1-5 years in business loans, SME lending, LAP, or unsecured business loansSkills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, good knowledge of local market, basic financial analysis, target-driven mindsetOther: Own conveyance preferred, ready to travel for client meetings
