We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Institutional Outreach Coordinators to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with schools and colleges, building long-term relationships with educational institutions, and coordinating workshops and training programs.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys interacting with people, managing relationships, and contributing to the growth of educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with schools and colleges to introduce workshops and training programs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.

- Coordinate and schedule workshops, training sessions, and meetings.

- Handle calls, emails, and regular follow-ups with institutions.

- Coordinate with trainers to ensure the smooth execution of workshops.

- Maintain records of outreach activities, communications, and workshop schedules.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely planning and execution.

- Achieve outreach targets while maintaining high-quality institutional relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Freshers and graduates are welcome to apply.

- Female candidates only.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
