Insurance Sales Executive

Job Summary:We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Insurance Sales Executive to handle outbound calls, explain insurance products, and convert leads into sales. The role focuses on selling Life/Health/General insurance policies over phone calls.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers for selling insurance policies.
• Explain policy features, coverage, premium amount, and benefits in a clear manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Handle warm leads and follow up regularly to close sales.
• Maintain updated call logs, lead status, and customer details in CRM.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly policy sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with IRDA guidelines and company SOPs.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic insurance-related queries.
• Requirements:0–3 years of telesales or insurance sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of insurance products (Life/Health/General) is an added advantage.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to handle rejections.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
