Job Description

Job Title: Voice Process Associate (Inbound/Outbound – Australian Energy Campaign)

Location: OFFICE NO-311, 3RD FLOOR, TOWER-B ITHUM A-40, SEC-62, NOIDA, G B NAGAR, U. P. -201301

Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Australian Fixed Morning Shift)

Salary Range: 20,000 – 50,000 + Incentives

Incentives: Earn up to 1,00,000 with incentives


Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Australian customers

• Provide information on electricity/energy plans

• Maintain quality compliance and follow call script

• Build rapport and maintain professionalism on every call


Who can apply:

• Freshers with strong English speaking ability

• Experienced candidates (6 months+) in voice BPO preferred but not mandatory

• Confident speakers who can handle international customers
