Job Description
About the Role
PETSTREET is hiring an Inventory Executive for its Sector 116 warehouse (Noida). You will be responsible for keeping stock accurate, organised, and ready to dispatch across our retail stores, resort, and online channels. This is a hands-on warehouse role for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working with inventory software.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming stock, check quantities against purchase orders, and record GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in the system.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Zoho Inventory / Zakya POS, including batch and expiry details for relevant products.
- Prepare and pack stock transfers to the Indirapuram, Sector 78, and Sector 141 stores and the Sector 135 resort.
- Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts) and report discrepancies to the Inventory Controller.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and properly labelled by category and brand.
- Identify low-stock and near-expiry items and flag them for replenishment.
- Support packing and dispatch for ecommerce orders (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
- Coordinate with the purchasing and store teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
Requirements
- 10+2 / Graduate; freshers and experienced candidates both welcome.
- Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory software); training on Zoho will be provided.
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle physical stock.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Comfortable working from the Sector 116, Noida location.
