Job Description – Inventory ManagerPosition: Inventory ManagerJob SummaryExperienced Inventory Manager with expertise in managing inventory operations for mobile phones, mobile spare parts, IoT devices, chargers, accessories, and electronic components. Skilled in maintaining accurate stock records, inventory planning, ERP transactions, warehouse organization, and coordinating with procurement, production, and dispatch teams. Proven ability to ensure inventory accuracy, optimize stock levels, and support smooth manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end inventory operations for mobile phones, mobile spare parts, IoT devices, chargers, batteries, accessories, and electronic components.
- Maintain complete warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock availability and proper material movement.
- Handle material inward and outward processes, ensuring timely receipt and issue of materials.
- Receive raw materials from suppliers and transporters by verifying quantity, batch numbers, and material quality.
- Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the ERP system.
- Process Transfer Requests (TRF) and other inventory transactions through ERP.
- Issue materials to the production line as per production requirements while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Maintain daily stock registers and update inventory records in MS Excel and ERP.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
- Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized rack/bin location system for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, stock movement, and consumption reports.
- Support dispatch activities, including material packing, documentation, and shipment preparation.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, warehouse safety standards, and documentation requirements.
