Inventory Manager (Retail & Manufacturing - Apparel)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Manager to handle and maintain inventory for finished goods and raw materials across our showroom, factory, and warehouse. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing losses, and maintaining real-time data in our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory records in Odoo ERP system on a daily basis
• Track movement of finished goods and raw materials across showroom, factory, and warehouse
• Ensure proper stock reconciliation and conduct regular physical stock audits
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and procurement teams
• Identify discrepancies and take corrective actions
• Manage inward and outward stock entries with proper documentation
• Generate inventory reports and share insights with management
• Ensure proper tagging, storage, and organization of goods

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in inventory management (preferably in apparel or retail industry)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of stock audits and inventory controls
• Basic Excel knowledge is a must

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in clothing / fashion industry
• Understanding of SKU management and size-wise inventory
• Ability to handle high-volume stock efficiently
