Key Responsibilities:IT Procurement Management:Lead end-to-end procurement activities for IT hardware, software, services, and infrastructure.Prepare and issue RFPs, RFQs and RFIs to potential IT vendors.Vendor & Supplier Management:Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT suppliers in the procurement system.Build and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors and service providers.Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations.Sourcing & Negotiation:Source competitive quotations for IT products and services.Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve cost savings and value for money.Purchase Requisition & Order Processing:Review and validate IT-related purchase requisitions from internal departments.Convert approved PRs into POs and follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure procurement activities adhere to company policies, IT governance, and regulatory requirements.Maintain accurate records of procurement agreements, contracts, and vendor communications.Reporting & Analytics:Maintain procurement MIS and trackers for IT spend, vendor performance, and contract lifecycle.Provide regular reports and insights to management on IT procurement metrics.
