Job Description

Greet customers and provide a premium shopping experience.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, and luxury jewellery products.

Explain product features, purity, certification, and pricing to customers.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment procedures accurately.

Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests professionally.

Maintain visual merchandising and ensure attractive product displays.

Keep track of inventory and coordinate with the store team for stock replenishment.

Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, designs, and promotional offers.

Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.

Support festive promotions, exhibitions, and special sales events.

Ensure the safety and security of jewellery items and maintain proper documentation.

Generate referrals and develop a loyal customer base.
