Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helper to assist in our hostel kitchen. The ideal candidate should maintain cleanliness, support meal preparation, and ensure hygiene standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook in preparing meals.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables.
• Clean kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
• Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Store food items properly and assist with inventory.
• Help in serving meals when required.
• Dispose of waste and keep the kitchen hygienic.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a kitchen is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Honest, disciplined, and punctual.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and food hygiene.
• Ability to work in a team.
