Job Description:

The Kitchen Staff is responsible for supporting the preparation, cooking, and serving of food while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. This role involves assisting chefs, handling kitchen equipment, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• 🍳 Assist in food preparation, including chopping, cleaning, and basic cooking tasks.
• 🧼 Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and workstations.
• 🛒 Stock kitchen with ingredients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• 🍽️ Assist in plating, serving, and arranging food for meals.
• 🗑️ Dispose of waste and ensure proper storage of food items according to safety standards.
• 📝 Follow recipes, portion sizes, and dietary instructions accurately.
• 🦠 Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• 🏥 Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• 📦 Assist in receiving deliveries and checking inventory.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in a kitchen or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of basic cooking and food hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Physically able to handle kitchen duties, including lifting and standing for long hours.
