Job Description
We are looking for a fast-paced, skilled Laptop Repair Technician with expert knowledge in Apple MacBooks and Windows laptops. You will focus on hardware shuffling, component-level repairs, and quick troubleshooting. A key part of this role is customer interaction. You must be able to address customer queries quickly, diagnose issues on the spot, and deliver fast turnaround times. [1]
Key Responsibilities
- Apple Hardware Shuffling: Swap, upgrade, and rebuild components across various MacBook Air and Pro models.
- Hardware Repair: Troubleshoot and fix physical faults, screens, batteries, keyboards, and charging ports.
- Fast Customer Handling: Greet walk-in clients, diagnose laptop issues immediately, and provide quick cost estimates.
- Dual OS Support: Reinstall, format, and fix software errors on both macOS and Windows platforms.
- Target Achievement: Complete repairs efficiently to maximize your monthly incentive payouts.
Skills & Requirements
- Advanced Apple Knowledge: Must know MacBook hardware architecture inside out for quick part shuffling.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to multi-task and manage tight repair deadlines without losing quality.
- Excellent Communication: Confident and polite when dealing with customers to ensure quick service delivery.
- Tools Competence: Skilled in using precision screwdrivers, opening tools, and basic testing gear.
