Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Data Quality PowerBI Developer, PowerBI

Role:
We are seeking a skilled Data Quality & Power BI Developer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Data Quality Scorecards, Dashboards, KPI Monitoring, Data Observability Insights, and Business Data Quality frameworks.
The role will support both AMS operations (monitoring, incident fixes, enhancements) and AD work (new DQ dashboards, new pipelines, new KPIs, trust scoring models, lineage-enabled reporting).
Responsibilities
•    Lead the Design and development of Power BI dashboards/reports for Data quality scorecards, Data Completeness, Accuracy, Validity KPIs, Data Trust & Observability Metrics, Issue Management Reports, Data Timeliness & Freshness insights
•    Design and Develop Data Models, Refresh strategies
•    Design & Build reusable semantic models and certified datasets, Power BI cloud and gateways configuration
•    Design & Develop Power BI integrations with Data Bricks Lakehouse, Azure SQL/Synapse, JIRA, Collibra DataGovernance & SAP. 
•    Implement Data Quality rules, scorecards, and KPIs & integrate DQ results with Reporting layer. 
•    Design & Develop Custom enhanced solution on JIRA data for activity & workload reporting
•    Design and Build DQ aggregation layer for dashboards 
•    Create custom dashboards, data quality rule models, and approval workflows.
•    Translate business governance requirements into Power BI platform configurations and custom solutions.
•    Execute Performance Tuning of Power BI dashboards
•    Participate in Agile ceremonies and Reporting design sessions.
•    Provide SME guidance on best practices for Power BI and Reporting solutions.
•    Maintain configuration repositories, versioning, and CI/CD pipelines.
•    Provide L2/L3 production support & Enhancements for Power BI related incidents & adhere to SLA and metrics (e.g. Dashboard refresh failures, DQ pipeline failures, Incorrect metric calculations, Dashboard Enhancements, new KPI additions, Data corrections etc)
•    Manage service requests, Access requests, monitoring of Service Logs, Pipeline workload, performance and SLAs.
•    Maintain version control & promote builds across Dev → QA → Prod environments.
•    Create and maintain Technical Design Documents, Runbooks, Dashboard User guides 
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Hands on Experience on DAX, Data Modelling (Semantic Models) , Dataflows, Refresh ,M Query/Power Query, RLS and Object Level Security. 
•    Good exposure and experience on overall Data Profiling rules, Data Quality dimensions, metrics and reporting & remediation process.
•    Good experience with Power BI integrations

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Experience with Business Domains e.g. Customer/Vendor/Product data quality dimensions and rules.  
•    Experience in Agile/DevOps and CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket)
•    Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to lead technical discussions and governance workshops.
•    Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
•    Familiarity with cloud platforms: Azure / AWS / GCP.
•    Certifications in Power BI
