Lead - Salesforce Business Analyst

Purpose

This role is responsible for the project to be delivered in line with the scope, schedule and cost.

Key Missions

  • Defines the deliverables and develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, communication plans, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
  • Leads and coordinates the project team, and may provides technical guidance
  • Ensures the deliverables are within the right quality standards, security standard and cost
  • Manages changes that may impact the scope, the schedule and the cost of the project
  • Manages stakeholders expectations and communicates accordingly and timely
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
  • Ensures handover to operation team
  • Manages major and complex projects (cross-regions, level of exposure) in autonomy
  • Sets up the schedule, resources and manage projects budget
  • Manages projects' stakeholders (risk management, resources, customer, etc.)
  • Coaches and manages less experienced IT Project Managers
  • Possesses a Project Management certification for this level
