What You'll Do

• Be the go-to person for addressing any critical technical art implementation to ensure that asset creation follows accurate guidelines.

• Drive technical solutions to achieve high visual fidelity while balancing hardware limitations.

• Prepare and optimize visual assets for integration into the game engine.

• Troubleshoot and resolve visual or technical issues during development and testing.

• Collaborate closely with developers and artists to implement new game features and UI builds.

• Support onboarding and training of junior Technical Artists.

• Assist in the preparation and ongoing development of workflow documentation.

• Find opportunities for, and build, custom tooling to empower the technical art team.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Artist in game development or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.

• Experience with game development pipelines, preferably in slot or casual games.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Github) and task tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).

• Exposure to Unity, GLSL shaders, or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Solid understanding of animation principles, composition structures, and asset optimization.

• A proactive approach with a passion for mentoring and continuous improvement.
