Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, format, and manage business agreements such as MOUs, NDAs, service agreements, and internal documents
• Assist in startup and business documentation (no legal practice or court work involved)
• Maintain organized records of agreements, compliance documents, and client files
• Prepare MIS reports, trackers, and data sheets using MS Excel
• Create professional presentations and documents using MS PowerPoint and MS Word
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance requirements
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely completion of all documentation tasks Required Skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic understanding of business agreements and documentation processes
• Good drafting, formatting, and proofreading skills
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability
• Basic communication and coordination skills
