Level L4 TRC

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Level L4 Mobile Repair Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones and related electronic devices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mobile hardware and software troubleshooting, component-level repair, and quality testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mobile phones at component and board level.
• Perform troubleshooting for hardware and software-related issues.
• Repair and replace defective components such as displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards.
• Conduct functional testing and quality checks after repairs.
• Analyze recurring failures and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Maintain repair records, service reports, and inventory usage details.
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality standards during repair activities.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure adherence to repair turnaround time (TAT) targets.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of smartphone architecture and electronics.
• Experience in soldering, de-soldering, and component replacement.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and troubleshoot PCB-level issues.
• Familiarity with Android flashing tools and software troubleshooting.
• Understanding of quality standards and repair procedures.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mobile Repairing, or related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in mobile phone repair, service center operations, or electronics manufacturing industry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with smartphone OEMs/EMS companies.
• Knowledge of SMT, PCB troubleshooting, and mobile testing equipment.
• Familiarity with ESD practices and quality management systems.
