Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with loan and overdraft applications.
  • Collect and verify customer documents and KYC details.
  • Support the loan processing and approval process.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and address their queries.
  • Follow up on pending documents and loan status updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications.
  • Keep customer records updated and accurate.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products when appropriate.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Basic knowledge of loans, overdrafts, and KYC procedures.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance, Commerce, or Business preferred).
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
