Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting customers with personal loan applications, coordinating with banks/NBFCs, and ensuring smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other marketing activities.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options.
• Assist customers in completing loan application forms and documentation.
• Verify customer documents before submission.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for timely loan approval and disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the loan process.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Maintain daily MIS reports and update CRM/customer records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Personal Loan, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services will be preferred.
