Job Description

Sales & Lead Generation: Prospect, reach out to, and convert potential customers into loan applicants via outbound calls or field visits.

Customer Counseling: Explain various loan products (e.g., mortgage, personal, business), interest rates, and terms to clients.

Documentation & Verification: Collect, verify, and process necessary documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements) to evaluate eligibility.

Relationship Management: Maintain client relationships to ensure smooth loan processing from login to disbursement.

Target Achievement: Meet weekly/monthly disbursement and sales targets.
