Job Description
We are looking for energetic and target-driven Sales Executives to promote Personal Loan products through the DSA channel. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for Personal Loans through DSA, referrals, calling,
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records.
