Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Loan Team Leader to lead a team of Loan Officers/DSAs, achieve disbursement targets, and grow the branch loan business across Home Loan, Personal Loan, and Business Loan products
.Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management:Handle a team of 8-15 Loan Officers/DSAsDaily monitoring of Logins, Sanctions, and DisbursementsTrain team on products, processes, and RBI guidelinesMotivate and coach low performers to achieve targets2. Business Development:Achieve monthly/quarterly loan targets: ∼2-5 Cr disbursementGenerate leads through tie-ups with Builders, DSAs, CAs, Car DealersFocus on high-ticket Home Loan + LAP casesCross-sell: Insurance Process & Collections:Check CIBIL, Income, Property documents to ensure quality LoginsCoordinate with Credit/Ops team for faster SanctionsFollow up with customers for EMI bounce/OD casesControl NPA and maintain it below 0.5%4. Reporting & MIS:Prepare and send Daily DSR, WBR, MBR to BM/ZMEnsure team updates all activities in CRM/LMSShare market feedback: Competitor ROI, process gapsRequired Skills & QualificationsMust Have:Experience: 3+ years in Loan Sales, 1+ year in team handlingProduct Knowledge: Strong understanding of HL/PL/BL/LAP process, CIBIL, FOIR, LTVDSA Network: Existing connections with local Builders/DSAs/CAs
