Job Description
Logistics Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily transportation and logistics operations.
Plan and schedule vehicle movements for timely deliveries and pickups.
Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.
Prepare and maintain logistics documents, invoices, e-way bills, PODs, and delivery records.
Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
Resolve delivery issues, delays, vehicle breakdowns, and customer complaints promptly.
Coordinate loading and unloading activities at warehouses and customer locations.
Monitor inventory movement and support warehouse operations when required.
Verify delivery confirmations and collect Proof of Delivery (POD)
Support procurement and supply chain teams in planning material movement.
Handle customer inquiries related to shipment status and delivery schedules.
Maintain MIS reports and update logistics tracking systems regularly.
Assist management in achieving operational efficiency and service quality targets
