Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Logistics & NDR Manager to manage end-to-end courier operations, reduce RTO, improve delivery performance, and ensure smooth dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in eCommerce logistics, courier coordination, NDR management, MIS reporting, and process improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesCourier Operations

• Monitor daily courier performance and service quality.
• Assign the best courier partner based on PIN code serviceability, delivery success rate, and cost.
• Handle courier escalations and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Support courier rate negotiations and service improvements.

NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Management

• Review and manage daily NDR reports.
• Take timely action on all NDR cases.
• Raise reattempt requests and follow up with courier partners.
• Ensure customer contact is made for delivery resolution.
• Maintain NDR aging reports and ensure timely closure.

RTO (Return to Origin) Reduction

• Analyze daily RTO reasons and identify root causes.
• Detect fake orders, incorrect addresses, and high-risk PIN codes.
• Implement strategies to reduce RTO and improve delivery success.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve recurring issues.

Delivery Performance

• Track Delivered %, OFD Success Rate, and First Attempt Delivery Rate.
• Compare courier-wise performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement in logistics KPIs.

Dispatch Management

• Ensure all orders are dispatched within the agreed SLA.
• Monitor pending dispatches and coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse and courier partners.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare and share daily operational reports, including:

• Total Orders
• Dispatch Status
• In Transit
• Out for Delivery (OFD)
• Delivered Orders
• NDR Cases
• RTO Cases
• Courier-wise Performance
• Key Operational Issues
• Action Taken Report

Process Improvement

• Develop and update NDR and logistics SOPs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with courier partners.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in eCommerce logistics, courier operations, or NDR management.
• Strong knowledge of courier aggregators and shipping platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
