Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to handle manufacturing and filling machines for skincare and haircare products. The candidate will ensure smooth production operations while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate filling, mixing, labeling, and packaging machines
- Monitor machine performance during production
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow production schedules and quality guidelines
- Record daily production data and machine reports
- Coordinate with the production and quality teams
Requirements
- 10th/12th pass or ITI/Diploma preferred
- Experience in cosmetic, pharma, or FMCG manufacturing is a plus
- Basic understanding of machine operations and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Discipline and attention to detail
