About the Role

This role sits within the Marketing Division and is responsible for generating revenue from large institutional clients in areas of skilling and education.  

Roles Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue budget
  • Business development for education and skilling programs with government departments and institutions
  • Manage the end-to-end bidding process, including identification of opportunities, preparation of documents, submission and closure
  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations for closure
  • Stakeholder management during project execution
  • Payment collection from accounts
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, competitors, and market conditions

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years

(Institutional business development in the education or skilling domain)

Skills:

  • Good communication skills, high enthusiasm, ability to build knowledge-based rapport with customers
  • A team player but be able to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills

Qualifications:

  • Graduation (any stream)
  • Excellent Communication (particularly in English)
  • Open to travel
