Job Description

Real Estate Sales ManagerJob SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive property sales, develop client relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, mentoring sales executives, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects.Generate leads through networking, references, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, and channel partners.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and closure of deals.Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth transaction processing.Handle customer escalations and ensure high client satisfaction.Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and team leaders.Maintain compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.3–8 years of experience in real estate sales, with team handling experience preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.Good understanding of the local real estate market and property laws.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in residential or commercial property sales.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.KPIs / Performance MetricsMonthly sales revenueNumber of property closuresLead conversion ratioTeam performance achievementCustomer satisfaction scoreSalary & BenefitsFixed salary + attractive incentivesTravel allowance/mobile reimbursementPerformance bonusesCareer growth opportunitiesIf
