We are currently seeking a Manual Tester to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze system requirements and technical specifications
Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and smoke testing
Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
Work closely with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements
Validate fixes and perform re-testing as required
Participate in test planning and estimation activities
Prepare and maintain test reports and quality metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
Experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
Knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
