Job Description: Lead Generation Executive – Real EstateOverviewWe are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients in the real estate market. This role is pivotal in building a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent business growth, and supporting the organization’s expansion goals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Outreach

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
  • Initiate contact via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification

  • Assess client needs and determine their readiness to engage in real estate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and their status in CRM systems.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team

  • Pass qualified leads to Business Development Executives for closure.
  • Provide insights on client preferences and market trends to support sales strategies.
  • Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Share feedback with management to refine outreach campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Prepare reports on lead conversion rates and pipeline health.
  • QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, telemarketing, or lead generation (real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital outreach platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
