Marketing Executive (ATL & BTL) – Fresher

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive (Fresher) to support ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities. The candidate will assist in brand promotion, campaign execution, event coordination, and market outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning and executing ATL marketing activities such as print advertisements, radio, outdoor branding, and digital campaigns.

* Support BTL activities including events, exhibitions, roadshows, promotional campaigns, and activation programs.

* Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

* Track and maintain marketing campaign records and reports.

* Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

* Ensure timely availability of marketing materials and promotional items.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of marketing concepts.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
