Marketing Executive

We are hiring proactive real estate agents to sell residential apartments and support commercial leasing/sales activities in Sector 104, Noida. This role suits energetic freshers ready to learn and experienced agents with local market knowledge and an active client network.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects for residential apartment sales in Sec 104.
• 
  
• Source and assist with commercial leasing and sales opportunities (shops, offices, showrooms) in the area.
• Conduct property viewings, site tours, and client meetings.
• Prepare and present property information, pricing, and sales/leasing proposals.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and coordinate documentation and handovers.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, follow-ups, and transactions (CRM).
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, tenants, landlords, brokers, and developers.
• Stay updated on local real estate inventory, pricing trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Support marketing activities: property listings, social media, local networking, and events.
• Ensure timely coordination with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth closings.
