Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Steel, Mining, and Industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project authorities.
- Promote and market industrial products and services such as Gas Detectors, Safety Equipment, SCBA Sets, Calibration Services, and Fire & Safety Solutions.
- Handle enquiries, RFQs, tenders, techno-commercial proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct client meetings, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and channel partners for business development activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and support.
- Generate leads through field visits, digital marketing, networking, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, marketing plans, and business forecasts.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely submission of quotations and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, delivery, and after-sales support.
