Media Buyer (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other digital ad platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a monthly ad spend of ₹3 lac on a specific vertical/channel, ensuring efficient budget utilization and strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other buying platforms (e.g., Taboola, Outbrane, native ad networks, etc. — add as applicable)
• Manage and optimize a monthly ad spend of ₹10 lac on the assigned vertical/channel
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
• Monitor daily performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven optimizations
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports for stakeholders
• Stay updated on platform policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals
• Manage budget pacing to ensure spends are on track without overshooting or underutilizing

Requirements

• Good working knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager
• Familiarity with other media buying platforms is a plus
• Proven experience managing a monthly budget of ₹10 lac or more on a vertical/channel
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly
• Understanding of tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, etc.)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
