Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
The Opportunity
As the Dynamics 365 practice continues to scale and invest in enabling capabilities, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design and delivery of robust, scalable enterprise solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem. The position focuses on core Dynamics 365 CE technical excellence, with exposure to modern Power Platform features, Azure-based integrations, and industry-specific Dynamics solutions.
As part of a growing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice, the role supports complex, high-impact engagements for global clients, contributing to solution architecture, technology decisions, and technical best practices. The opportunity provides hands-on experience with modern Microsoft technologies, while enabling growth into emerging areas such as Copilot Studio, advanced integrations, and scalable cloud architectures.
In addition to technical delivery, the role supports technical mentorship, cross-functional collaboration, continuous upskilling, and progression toward technical leadership or solution architecture roles, making it well-suited for professionals focused on long-term growth and impact within the Dynamics ecosystem.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, architectural standards, and best practices across core and advanced CE workloads.
- Develop, configure, and customize D365 CE applications, including workflows, plugins, PCF controls, and complex integrations. Having skills in PCF Controls and Azure-based integration patterns will be better, and the role should possess relevant experience in this area.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE:
- In-depth knowledge of D365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations, and Dynamics 365 Contact Center. Having experience in Field Service, Project Operations, or Contact Center will be better, and the role should demonstrate practical exposure to at least one of these modules.
- Experience in configuring and customizing D365 CE applications to meet complex business and industry-specific requirements.
- Proficiency in creating and managing entities, fields, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
Development Skills:
- Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript for developing custom plugins, workflows, PCF controls, and client-side scripts. Having hands-on experience with PCF Controls will be better, and the role should demonstrate working knowledge in this capability.
- Experience with HTML and CSS for enhancing and customizing D365 CE user interfaces.
- Proficiency in using the Dynamics 365 SDK and Web API for custom development, integrations, and data manipulation.
Power Platform:
- Experience in building advanced Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps using Power Apps integrated with D365 CE. Having knowledge of advanced or code-based apps will be better, and the role should demonstrate practical competency in this area.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate for orchestrating business processes and automations within D365 CE. Knowledge of Power BI for creating analytical reports and dashboards using D365 CE data.
- Exposure to Power Pages and Copilot Studio for extending customer-facing portals and AI-assisted scenarios. Having these skills will be better, and the role should have meaningful exposure to either or both.
Integrations and Data Management:
- Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between D365 CE and external systems. Having experience with Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus will be better, and the role should possess foundational to intermediate experience in Azure-based integrations.
- Experience in data migration and data transformation activities using SSIS (KingswaySoft) and/or Azure Data Factory. Having these data migration skills will be better, and the role should demonstrate hands-on capability in at least one of these tools.
System Architecture and Design:
- Apply system architecture principles and best practices to design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing D365 CE solutions.
- Perform system analysis, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning to optimize platform stability and user experience.
Agile Methodologies:
- Work effectively within Agile delivery models such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to technical estimations and delivery commitments.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews for junior developers and consultants, promoting best practices and continuous capability development within the team.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and performance optimization to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure services, and emerging capabilities, recommending enhancements and innovation opportunities.
- Participate in project planning, technical estimations, and delivery governance to ensure timely achievement of project milestones and objectives.
- Engage with business stakeholders, architects, and functional leads to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

Skills and attributes for success
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (such as MB‑200, MB‑210, MB‑220, or equivalent) demonstrating validated expertise in Dynamics CE and related workloads.
- Strong hands‑on experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate, with the ability to effectively leverage these tools in enterprise Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools, along with a strong understanding of security and compliance requirements in CRM implementations.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across business stakeholders, clients, and cross‑functional delivery teams.
- Analytical, detail‑oriented, and self‑driven professional with a strong team mindset, capable of independently owning technical deliverables and producing high‑quality, maintainable solutions.
Ideally, you’ll also
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and implementation, with senior‑level responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, data modelling, security models, and end‑to‑end business processes.
- Solid hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules such as Sales and Customer Service, with exposure to Marketing, Field Service, Project Operations, or Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
