Position: MIS Executive (Management Information System)

Company: Ekadrishta Products (Franchisee of Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd.)

Location: Village Suthiyana, Main Noida-Dadri Road, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on qualification, experience, and performance)

About the Company

Ekadrishta Products is an authorized franchisee of Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd. engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of Bailley Packaged Drinking Water. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, and support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily sales, dispatch, production, and inventory MIS reports.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly business reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Enter and verify data in ERP/software accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely data collection.
• Generate customer-wise, route-wise, and product-wise reports.
• Prepare outstanding payment reports and sales analysis.
• Maintain stock records and reconciliation reports.
• Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis.
• Maintain digital records and documentation.
• Perform other office-related administrative tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF Formula, Data Validation, Filters).
• Knowledge of MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of ERP or billing software (preferred).
• Good typing speed and data entry skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate (B.Com/BBA/BCA/BA or equivalent).
• Diploma or certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in MIS/Data Entry/Office Administration.
• Freshers with excellent Excel skills may also apply.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
• Sunday Holiday (or as per company policy)

Preferred Candidate

• Resident of Greater Noida, Dadri, Noida Extension, Ghaziabad, or nearby areas.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Candidates willing to work in a manufacturing and distribution environment.

Salary & Benefits
