Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to recruitment, attendance, attrition, and payroll.
- Generate reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Track and analyze HR metrics (hiring, performance, etc.).
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams for data accuracy.
- Ensure proper documentation and data confidentiality.
- Support audits by providing required HR data and reports.
- Automate reports and improve MIS processes where possible.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and policies.
- Good communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR MIS / Data Management.
